Terms of use

The Fine Gun Library provides personal archiving, public publishing, discovery, and community features. It is not a seller, buyer, broker, auctioneer, payment processor, communications intermediary, or transfer agent.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights status of information and media you provide; for choosing whether an entry is public or private; and for complying with all laws that apply to you. Access may be limited when content or conduct falls outside our standards.

For-sale records

Any member may mark a gun for sale. Doing so is a statement by that member, not an endorsement or verification by the Library. All inquiries, negotiations, inspections, payments, shipping, licensing, and transfers occur outside the Library between users and qualified third parties.

No ownership transfer feature

A Library record is part of the member’s archive. The service does not transfer a record to another account when an object changes hands.
